You don't build it — we do. Download the intake form, fill in the five required fields, and email it back. We create your church, load anything optional you sent, and your admin gets a login. Most churches are ready the same week.

- Church nameExactly how you want it to appear in the app.
- Time zoneService times and reminders are scheduled in this zone.
- Admin full nameThe first person who gets full access to run the church.
- Admin emailMust not already have a Servant's Heart account — this becomes the login.
- Invite email or temporary passwordYour pick for how the admin first signs in.

Makes your first day look real
Skip all of it and you still get a church. Send it and day one already looks like yours.
- Sunday order of serviceYour typical service top to bottom, with how long each block runs.
- Serving positionsEvery role people can be scheduled for.
- Team membersName, email and role (planner, volunteer or member) for staff and key volunteers.
- SongsTitle, artist, key and CCLI number for your most-used songs.

Email the completed form to hello@servantsheart.app with the subject “Servants Heart — new church setup”. Only the required section has to be filled in — we can add the rest later, or your team can add it in the app.
