Terms of Use

Effective: October 14, 2026

1. What Servant's Heart is

Servant's Heart is a tool that helps churches organise people, schedules, services and messages. It is owned and operated by JSOUNDS4U LLC, a California company, known publicly as the Servant's Heart Team ("we", "us"). It was developed by B.B.O.V. Industries. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

2. Who uses it

We do not decide who downloads or uses Servant's Heart. Anyone can create an account, and choosing to download and use it is your own decision and your own responsibility. For a young person, that decision belongs to their parents or guardians and their church.

Servant's Heart is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly let children under 13 create an account or give us personal information themselves. A church may record children in its own directory, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If someone is using Servant's Heart who should not be, tell a leader at your church first, then email us at hello@servantsheart.app. We will help remove the account and its information.

3. A tool, not a substitute for your judgment

Servant's Heart helps you keep track of things. It does not verify who anyone is, and it does not make decisions for you. Your church and its leaders remain responsible for:

  • confirming the identity of the people they admit to their church in the app
  • deciding who may collect a child from any church activity, and checking that person at pickup
  • following your own child-safety and safeguarding practices
  • protecting the personal information you enter about members and their families

4. Your church's legal obligations

Your church is responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where it operates, including child-safety, safeguarding, background-check, privacy and data-protection rules. Servant's Heart does not give legal advice and does not make your church compliant with any law.

5. What we are not responsible for

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Servant's Heart Team is not responsible for decisions made, or not made, by your church or its members while using the app. That includes a mistaken identity, a wrongful pickup, a missed or incorrect schedule, or personal information shared with the wrong person.

6. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell your church leader if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Servant's Heart to harass anyone, to share content that is unlawful or harmful, to access a church you were not admitted to, or to interfere with the service. Churches may remove members, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Your content and privacy

Your church's information belongs to your church. We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account.

9. Paid plans

Churches pay the monthly price shown on our website for their size, or the price we agree with them in writing. You can cancel at any time; the plan stops at the end of the month already paid, and we do not refund part-months. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price changes.

The introductory offer — $99 for the first 3 months — is paid up front for those 3 months and is not refunded if you cancel during them. It applies to churches of fewer than 2,000 people.

10. The service is provided "as is"

We work to keep Servant's Heart available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Do not rely on it as your only record for anything safety-critical.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your church paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. Continuing to use Servant's Heart after an update means you accept it.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: hello@servantsheart.app.
